playtime theatre company is holding auditions for it’s summer production of cinderella.
pay is share of profits/stipended.

parts available:
joy (18-25): the not too bright stepsister of cinderella. we’re looking for someone thin and lanky in stature who can portray airy, dim, a little dull but excitable

lionel (18 and up): the best friend of the prince, we’re looking for someone spunky and sassy with some snark.

prince topher (25-30): charming, debonair, confident, with a sense of humor, we need someone who has a confidence and strong stage presence.

fairy godmother (30 and up): spunky, sassy, loud, and commanding we need someone with a strong voice and strong stage presence.

stepmother (35 and up): cruel, commanding, and just a little bit scary and a lot intimidating, we need someone who can command the stage immediately.

queen constantina (40 and up): prince topher’s loud, controlling but well-meaning and loveable mother. we’re looking for someone to give her the air of a hovering jewish mother.

we will also be casting 5 ensemble women and 6 ensemble men ages 18-35.
