The film I’m making is a short film called “Universal Remote”. It’s about 20 something year old Robbie (who I play) who tries so hard to be an inventor and he builds a device that becomes something different than what he expects it to be. The part I’m casting for is Dahlia, Robbie’s slightly annoying sister who tries to be supportive of Robbie and his vision but has nearly lost that belief and she only appears in two scenes. These are the following qualifications I’m looking for in an actress:
-A girl who’s slightly older or younger than me (I’m 26).
-Either Caucasian or Hispanic
-Someone who lives anywhere in Texas and can come to my house in Austin at 10:00 am on a Sunday where we’ll be filming.
-Someone who can act, who can take direction, who can memorize lines and most importantly unlike certain people I know, someone who is NOT camera shy.
-Also, no experience necessary.
