Service all accounts located within 25 miles of city center. Perform in-store demos and samplings lasting 3-4 hours. Meet a minimum of 3 demos a week, equivalent to 12 hours and up to 16. Demos to occur Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday typically from 11a-3p and 3p-7p. Track inventory, the performance of demos, and customer feedback using our online event platform. Provide feedback on point of sale materials and knowledge from account interactions. Work closely with buyers and team leaders to ensure reordering is done. Assist in merchandising shelves and implementing product placement improvements. Work in conjunction with regional Field Marketing team on promotions and events. Attend events on behalf of Hella Cocktail Co. Ability to grow into a larger demo role, servicing a wider territory role. Qualifications: 21 and over. Ability to carry 30+ pounds and work on your feet up to 8 hours a day. Must be able to work weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required to fulfill job duties. An entrepreneurial drive and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Passion and commitment to building a brand in the Food & Beverage space. Previous hospitality and/or beverage sales experience a plus. Highly organized, strong positive attitude, and upbeat energy. Comfortable with speaking to customers in a retail environment and vendors in a sales environment. Ability to act independently and work in a mobile environment as well as navigate the territory. High level of professionalism in the presence of alcohol. Ability to travel outside of region if needed. Love of food/beverage required.
