23 women: between 18-35, range of ethnicity. they should have a very real feel to them. we do not want too glam, nor anyone with cosmetic surgery etc. must feel as real & genuine as possible. the women will have make-up applied, to mimic cuts & bruises - as if they have been victims of domestic violence. as the moving billboards move - the cuts & bruises disappear.
