casting for heck, a student thesis film at wesleyan university. the dark comedy follows 14-year-old charlie, a young girl who finds herself navigating a series of surreal landscapes after an accident separates her from her best friend. lost in what may or may not be hell, charlie attempts to find her way out.
we are still casting for the supporting role, evelyn, charlie’s mother [age: 25-65]. a religious business woman attempting to steer her daughter away from damnation, evelyn is the first character that we see in the film. while she only wants what’s best for charlie, she can sometimes come across as overly strict.
auditions will be held sun, october 16, 1-4pm. wed, october 19, 6-7:45pm. please email to rsvp for audition slot. flexible auditions possible if unable to attend. sides provided.
