(late 20's, Caucasian) - A solar panel salesman who ends joining the commune mid-season after stopping by to sell solar panels. He gives up his old life in complete commitment to Breckenridge. He is a happy-go-lucky man who is willing to put everything on the line for what he loves. He is a little bit naive but is complimented by his bold and brash personality.
(late 20's, Jamaican-American)- Owner of the Breckenridge farm and the de facto leader of the commune. She is strong-willed and exceedingly reliable, the backbone of the community. She sacrificed a cushy job in NY to live on her own terms "off the grid," with as much personal autonomy as possible.
(late 20's, Caucasian)- A lackadaisical goofball with a heart of gold. He is Deshane's boyfriend, growing up in the area surrounding Breckenridge (upstate NY). He always has the best intentions but often sabotages himself by being too aloof and care-free.
(late 20's, Caucasian) - A strong and good-willed farmhand from the town of Charcoalville. He comes across light and funny but suffers from mental health issues (depression, anxiety) relating to his upbringing as a homosexual in a predominantly conservative and rural town. He had a serious boyfriend (Haven) for a long time in high school who later moved to NYC to pursue a career in drag. He's been coping with the loss ever since.
(late 20's, Caucasian) - A strangely normal girl who used to be in a sorority in college and live a basic Instagram hot girl life. Her best friend OD'd on molly at a rave, causing her to re-evaluate her whole life and look for an alternative lifestyle. She has an uncanny love for all things plain i.e plain bagels, plain pasta, Coke Zero, and white rice.
(early 30's, Iranian-American) - An eccentric computer scientist from Iran recognized by the Supreme Leader of Iran for his genius in science and biology. He is over-the-top jovial and expressive, always coming up with new inventions and schemes to help the farm make more money. He is extremely well read and will go on and on to great lengths on any subject you can think of, often recounting stories of his days growing up in Iran.
