the movie is the story between a mother and son in her last days of life.
for the casting, we need:
boots (old) f 80+ caucasian main protagonist. stays in bed the entire film.
boots (young) f 18-25 caucasian, dark hair plays ping-pong in rain. no lines.
raul m 40-50 latino pastor/saxophone player. visits boots and plays “amazing grace” on a saxophone.
nurse 1 f 30-45 confronts frank & gail about their hospital gowns.
nurse 2 f 35-45 african-american attends to boots.
woman with a walker f 65+ listens in to the saxophone music. no lines.
nurse 3 f/m 20+ pushes the wheelchair with the old man. no lines.
mark conn m 25-30 caucasian frank’s father. watches boots play ping-pong.
