He’s a goofy, awkward leader who is often overconfident in his abilities and not always the best at his job, but he’s motivated by a deep desire to do good and inspire those around him.

Has deep self-esteem issues from his childhood that he masks with obsessive health habits and bullying of anyone who he sees as inferior, especially when it come to physical appearance.

Sgt. Rick Turner
Male, mid-late 30s/early 40s, average build, any ethnicity. The former sergeant of the Z-Team, and Sgt. Pepper’s mentor. He is an inspiring leader with very little self-awareness who thrives by making light of the darkness with a sometimes unorthodox approach to leadership.
