Extras casting for Chicago P.D.

Chicago P.D. is inn production and is now accepting submissions from Chicago area locals who are able to work as extras on the show when it begins filming shortly.

Please note: This is a casting call for extras and that you must live in the Chicagoland area in order to even be considered. Extras normally make around minimum wage and travel expenses are not covered which is why you MUST live in Chicago.

If you fit any of the descriptions below and you’re available on both the Covid test date and still photo date, please send an email using the words in quotes (below) as the subject line of your email so we can easily identify it.

Make sure to include the requested information in your submission.
PLEASE include all your sizes and tattoo info in your submissions. It creates a lot of extra work for us when we have to chase people down to ask for information we’ve already requested. If you don’t have tattoos, please state that in your submission.

In addition to the general roles, we do have a couple more director-selected / featured roles available.

“ARTS CENTER” – We’re looking for some high school aged kids (13-18 years old) who can film with us for a school scene. A condition set forth by the filming location is that they’re only allowing fully vaccinated individuals to work inside the building. We will have plenty of spots available for students to also work outside the school (exterior shots in the school yard), so everyone is still eligible and able to work, regardless of vaccination status.

If you are willing to share your vaccine status in your submission, it will help us figure out who we can book for interior shots. You can simply tell us in writing if you’re fully vaccinated, and then you can bring your vaccine card to pre-employment testing for the Covid team to document – please do not send your vaccine card photo via email. If you do not want to share your vaccine status, you’re still more than welcomed to submit and we can consider you for the exterior scenes.

If you are under the age of 16, please attach a copy of your minor work permit if we don’t already have it on file. You must have a permit at the time of submitting to be considered.

“FOOSBALL PLAYER” – We’re looking for African American and Hispanic males in their 30s to work as featured foosball players in a scene with a day player cast member. Please make sure to send good quality photos of yourself against a blank background with good lighting, since this is a director selected role. You must be available on all dates (below) without time constraints.
