jigsaw casting ltd. is looking for busy families for an upcoming leon’s campaign!

life is hectic for all of us, and quality family time often gets sacrificed. canadians are spending less time at home with their families making down time more precious than ever.

we’re looking to hear from active families of 4-5 who want to spend more time together or make more time for each other. we want to shoot a day in the life of your family! we will capture you in your daily routine (school, work, etc.) as well as the time spent at home with the people who matter most. we are ideally looking for parents between the ages of 30-45.

we are particularly interested in families that use tracking devices. maybe mom uses myfitnesspal while making dinner to track nutrients in the meal. dad is getting stock alerts on his iphone every 5 minutes. daughter is a fitbit junkie. son is monitoring how many basketball bounces he’s been able to cram in to a day. if anyone in your family uses these kind of devices tell us about it!

*pays approximately $1500+ per individual if selected for online use
**please note: our selected family will be required to wear tracking bracelets while at home for 2 weeks as part of the shoot

**send us your write up or if you are willing to send us a short, home made video introducing yourselves, even better!

1. your names, ages & tell us about your family! please also answer the following in your submission:
• what city/town do you live in? do you own your own home?
• parents: what do you do for a living? (full time or part time?)
• any family pets?
• does anyone in the family use tracking technology? (i.e. fitness trackers, meal tracking/planning, health & sleep tracking, share calendars, financial apps, etc.)
2. photo(s) of yourself (where we can clearly see your face. ideally no hats or sunglasses).
3. your primary contact information (phone number & email address) *if you are a represented actor, please include your union status, resume & your agent’s contact information
4. please write ‘leon’s’ in subject line of e-mail, along with your family name. (e.g. leon’s- brown family)

submissions are due by: friday, november 11th at 9am (however the earlier you submit the better your chances!)

you must be available for these key dates:
skype interview & home visit: week of november 14th
shoot: 2 days during november 26th-29th & december 10th-13th (schedule will be discussed further with our selected family. we will be filming segments in your home.)
