Casting "Fatherhood," a short film.
Synopsis: On the same morning that he learns his wife is expecting a child, a young immigrant from Mexico named Mateo receives a call informing him of the sudden death of his father—a man he hardly knew. After dreaming about a photograph his father gave to him before leaving to pursue the American Dream, Mateo is forced to confront his father’s complicated legacy in his nostalgic search for the photo.
Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
Shoots will be divided into three weekends; most scenes will be shot on location either in Santa Barbara and/or L.A.
