The Righteous Gemstones is coming back for a new season and production is beginning in Charleston, South Carolina.

The casting directors for The Righteous Gemstones are in need of many paid extras that live in the Charleston area where the show films. Those interested are able to follow the directions below to get their submissions directly to the show’s extras casting team. The show claims to need many extras of all ages for the filming in 2022.

About the show:

Well into the second generation of a grand televangelist tradition, the world-famous Gemstone family is living proof that worship pays dividends in all sizes. Patriarch Eli, the man most responsible for the tremendous success of the family’s megachurch, is in mourning over the loss of his wife. Jesse, the eldest of the three grown Gemstone siblings, looks to lead in his father’s footsteps, but finds his past sins jeopardizing the family ministry. Next in line comes middle sister Judy, who secretly lives with her fiancé and dreams of escaping the Gemstone compound. Rounding out the dysfunctional trio is pseudo-hipster Kelvin, the youngest of the preachers and a thorn in Jesse’s side. As the family battles numerous threats to their renowned religious empire, they continue to spread the good word… and make a solid buck doing so.

Seeking MANY to portray Church Attendees for our Season 3 Gemstone’s Congregation Scenes.
FILMING DATES 6/20 – 6/24
Seeking those available all week, a few days or even a single day that week.

Extras Pay Rate $132 guarantee for 12 hours or less of filming.

Those vaccinated and not vaccinated are welcome to film.
All filming will be covid test by production prior to filming,

Submissions should be sent to the email with heading CHURCH AVAIL.

Submissions should include 2 Current Photos (a close up and a full length). Photos should reflect your current hair style, color and length, facial hair status for males, current body build. They should not include filters, other people, or have sunglasses and hats being worn.
Also included -Name, Age, City/State you reside, Height/Weight, Complete Clothing Sizes to include shoe, description of visible tattoos and piercings, color/make/model/year vehicle you drive.
