Witty, lively, fiery teenage girl who takes on the task of caring for her family since her twin sister Heather got sick. While she appears strong, independent and self-sufficient to strangers, deep down, she is shaken by the grief upon the tragic loss of Heather, just like her parents. It is through her friendship with Cindy that she slowly discloses the sisters’ childhood secrets and vulnerability, and her determination eventually moved Cindy to portray her deceased sister in a faithful, responsible manner.

However, deep down, he expects everyone to follow him and do as they are told. He has big plans and big visions for the games he designed and would do anything to move things forward, even if it means he has to occasionally tap into the realm of moral ambiguity.

A thick-skinned, persuasive, and diplomatic Public Relations head. He strives to maintain good relationships with almost everyone — both inside and outside the company, from the janitors to journalists, to the C-suite executives. His professionalism is tested when a conflict arises — when Cindy challenges Matt’s vision to create a publicity stunt out of “Project Heather“. His goal is to use everything in his artillery to smoothen the kinks and maintain the company’s good public image before the press.

Heather and Anna’s over-protective and duty-driven father. Ever since the death of his daughter Heather, Jason feels like he has failed his duty as the caretaker of the family. To pay off the hospital debts, he is forced to make a deal with Starflux that he will allow his daughter Heather’s image to be replicated to promote the company’s VR gaming. Still, he does not regret choosing his living family’s well-being over Heather’s memory.

She sees her husband and Anna’s struggle but feels helpless due to her own deep depression.
