must have a suffolk/ norfolk accent.

he is working class and has grown up in suffolk so we need someone with an accent from that region (suffolk, norfolk). he is a tough but vulnerable 13 year old who has a difficult relationship with his father. his childhood has been hard. we do need a boy, not a full blown young man, and a great young actor.
