Job Description
Casting "James and the Giant Peach," an Inspiration Stage production for Theatre for Young Audiences. Production states: "We will be looking to cast a diverse group of six paid adult actors (College or Post College only) and one child actor of all gender identities and ethnicities. While we are hopeful to find a male actor for the role of James, we are open to female talent. The roles of Ladahlord and Sponge have already been cast. Available Roles: James; Spiker; Grasshopper; Ladybug; Spider; Centipede; Earthworm."
Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations
Rehearsals run May 23-26 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; May 31-Jun. 3 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.; & Jun. 6-7 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. Tech runs Jun. 12 from 6-10 p.m. & Jun 13 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. at Black Box Fountains on the Lakes location. Performs Jun. 14-17 from 9-11 a.m. & Jun. 20-24 from 9-11 a.m. at "Inspiration Stage's" new Theatre at 2210 Lone Star Dr. in Sugar Land Town Square

Additional: Pays $1000 flat rate for 60 hours of rehearsal; nine hours of tech, and nine shows with two shows per day
