LIVE I Said – You Said Program

Apply Now
Casting ID: #17046

Campus Outreach Services seeks dynamic actors interested in traveling to present our interactive program about hook-up culture, sexual assault, consent, and bystander engagement to students at high schools and colleges across the country. COS is a mission-driven organization dedicated to the reduction of sexual violence and gender discrimination in all forms through research-based programming.

Presenters for our “I Said – You Said” program provide live, in-person training either as a solo actor or with a co-presenter in front of audiences of 200-1500 students in school auditoriums, under tents, and in gyms—whatever venue the school has available. The scripted part of the program is about 25-35 minutes, and the interactive discussion with the audience is about 20 minutes. The interactive piece requires the ability to facilitate a discussion with the audience about consent, alcohol and sexual assault—we will provide the actor with training on how to do this.

The payment for each program depends on the school and details of the performance, but most of our actors earn $150-$400 per day and have their travel and lodging covered. This is an incredible opportunity to both see the country and make a tremendous difference in ending sexual violence and raising awareness about sexual assault.
