WHAT: This cut is one length all the way around the head, with the possibility of subtle face-framing layers and angled bangs. It may fall anywhere from just below your chin to just above your shoulders.
WHO: Your shortest layers must not be shorter than just above your shoulders, existing bangs and face-framing layers are fine, and you have to be willing to lose some length.
