egg & spoon theatre collective is seeking a diverse non-aea ensemble to be cast in a production of crave by sarah kane, directed by adam coy (2018 sdcf observership class). the production is set to run november 15th-18th in the black box at access theater.

four voices spring from a void and track the descent of a human mind.

experience with heightened text and physical theatre is a plus, but not required. non-binary, gender non-conforming, genderqueer actors are strongly encouraged to submit. actors of color are strongly encouraged to submit. those who submit must be available for tech during the entire week of november 12th-18th. there is no pay for those performers who are cast in the production.

c: 18+. running away from trauma, independent, fighting a battle against mental illness.

m: 18+. at times a maternal figure, at times loves structure, at times a therapist, at times middle aged, a dominant lover that is running out of time.

b: 18+. self medicates, an elusive lover. at times a father figure.

a: 18+. deeply fears abandonment, a friend, a needy lover, former lover to c, at times driven by love to irrational action.
