Seeking actors for an untitled short film shooting in Portland. Travel will be covered along with Economy flight, single-occupancy lodging, ground transportation, and per diem. Shooting for 2 to 4 days max.

Looking for first-generation Mexican (born in Mexico and living in US, preferred, but not a must.) MUST speak native Mexican Spanish accent and speak English proficiently. Script will be in both English and Spanish. Alexandra is a woman who has spent her life hiding. Her voice, her culture, her anger - just to fit in. She has quietly endured years of microaggressions and cultural erasure. On the surface, she feels passive. Inside, there’s a pressure cooker of anger, grief, and longing she doesn’t fully understand yet. Strong emotional character, great acting skills a must.

Full of shallow confidence and casual ignorance. They think they are funny, but people are too uptight to get it. Under all that, when no one is looking and their façade drops, they’re guard dogs ready to attack. Option 1 - comedic duo consisting of two white men who can deliver scripted lines as well as ad-lib.
