Desmond was born in Stoke on Trent, England in 1972. He had a happy working class childhood until his mother passed away when he was aged 11. A relatively uneventful school life saw Des fulfilling his childhood ambition of joining the British Army almost straight from school.
Des excelled during his early years in the army reaching the rank of Bombardier (Corporal) He was deployed on operations in the Middle East, Former Republic of Yugoslavia, Cyprus and Northern Ireland.
Des left the army in late 2004 and has since been living in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Des is and always keeps himself in great physical condition and to this day maintains his military demeanor and bearing.
He is proficient in the use of firearms and small unit tactics hoping to put this to good use in any future productions.
