I started as a model in my early twenties where I traveled the world appearing in many publications, commercials and some TV appearances and interviews.
I am also mother of 3 amazing children on top of being speaker, presenter, author and multiple business owner, from running an elite health and wellness coaching programs helping and supporting individuals reach their health goals, incorporating their lifestyle.
