I'm a Personal Trainer & Athletic Therapist with over 12+ years of experience in the industry. I have spent 8 years with Goodlife Fitness in a variety of positions, having completed my career with them as the Personal Training Regional Manager for the Province of BC. I was a minority Owner and General Manager of a local fitness facility and most recently, founded Spectrum Health & Wellness Inc.
I have competed 6 times in men’s physique and men’s bodybuilding with multiple podium finishes including a 1st Place in the 2012 WBFF Entertainment Men’s Middleweight Bodybuilding. I am also a Professional Underwear Model having completed ads, posters, calendars and more.
Professionally, I hold over 3 dozen various Certifications and am a Level 3 Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, a Graston & IASTM Practitioner. I am Certified for Anatomy & Integumentary Systems, Exercise Science & Exercise Physiology through Duke, University of Michigan and University of Colorado Boulder. I am is Certified in Preventing Chronic Pain and Integrative Therapies & Healing Practices through the University of Minnesota and holds additional Certifications through Yale, Stanford Online and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
