Biography
Hey! My name is Seth Williams, I’m 18 years old and just graduated from high school. Film and acting is a pretty big passion of mine and it has been for years. I enjoy every aspect of film from the production aspects to the spotlight, and honestly I can’t see myself doing much else than being involved in this industry. It’s really the only I want to do. I really became interested in this line of work out of no where. I’ve always been a pretty big movie and tv show watcher (as everyone is I’m sure) and somewhere along the line I fell in love with the idea of acting. Shortly after, I joined my schools drama class and was in it all throughout high school. I’ve been in about 3 plays (1 being a musical) and was going to be in a fourth until COVID-19. More recently I’ve started studying the production aspect of film and I fell in love with it. I wouldn’t mind being in front OR behind the camera that’s for sure!

The Bright Blue Mailbox: A Suicide Note

My high school drama class put on this performance for my school to spread awareness about suicide. The story follows a teenager (Jake) along with his friends (A group of about 6) who deal with a recent suicide attempt from his best friend (Ken). I play the best friend, Ken. Ken was a depressed young man who attempted to kill himself. I actually ended up winning the best actor award for my performance that year.

This was my sophomore year in high school and the very first play I did. Some of the kids in the senior class at the time wrote this play and casted actors themselves. I ended getting the lead role. It was your typical murder mystery but we had added some excitement by having the audience on stage with us. It was basically like they were in the play too, we had tables set up and chairs for the amount of people who showed including ourselves. We sat next to them and acted right beside them as if they were experiencing it themselves, it was very cool.

Our drama class was actually never able to perform this musical because the virus, but we rehearsed it for about 2 months so I’m going to count it anyway lol. This musical follows Jesus and his desciples acting out the 8 parables. I played (or was gonna play) the almighty Jesus Christ!
