Sterling Cruze was born in Panorama, CA and grew up CA, TN, AZ, and IL. He began acting while attending High School in Maryville, TN. After graduating High School, he moved to Chicago, IL to study at The Second City Training Center, which is equivalent to Baltimore's School for the Arts. After graduation from there, Sterling decided to pursue more on-screen work. For the last year, he has been involved with classical theater workshops.
Sterling dreamed of acting and recently began production on an independent TV/ Film Series that he co-wrote with a collaboration group. Unable to finalize his dream, he ventured into writing and attended the Illinois Media School to learn more about Media and Journalism, but later felt the strong calling and passion for acting again stronger than ever while watching the movie, "Illegal Tender" which starred actor, Rick Gonzalez.
In 2013, Sterling got a taste of Theatre performances while being a part of the production of Phantom of the Opera. He went on to become a character on The CW's "Crime Stoppers Case Files Chicago". He has performed several roles on stage, on screen, and is also into voice acting and voice overs.
